Refunds (Online Orders Only)

If your return is approved, we’ll process a royal refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is received and reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Missing a refund?
Give it a few days, then:

  1. Double-check your account

  2. Contact your card provider

Sale Items

Only full-priced items may be returned for store credit. Sale items are part of the final treasure chest—non-refundable, non-returnable.


Exchanges

If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect (rare, but not impossible), we’ll happily exchange it for the same item. Email us at hi@amarewear.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer (aka the generous gift-giver).

  • Return shipping is your responsibility (royalty pays their own carriage fare)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you’re returning a piece valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or adding shipping insurance—we can't guarantee receipt without it

  • Return timelines may vary based on your location

✨ Exchanges & Store Credit
Unworn jewels (sparkling and pristine!) may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase.

⚠️ Damaged Items
Our delicate designs deserve gentle care—damaged pieces (think crumpled crowns) cannot be returned.

💎 Lost Items
If your piece has gone missing, we're truly sorry—but unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund lost items.

🔧 Broken Items
If your jewelry breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, we’re happy to repair it complimentary within 14 days of purchase. After that, standard repair fees may apply.
