How long does permanent jewelry last?
Your permanent jewelry can last weeks, months, years - as long as you want! Keep in mind, while bonded Permanent Jewelry is meant for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and not invincible.
Will permanent jewelry never come off?
No, it can easily be removed with scissors, should you ever decide to take it off. if so, make sure to clip it at the link we welded and save your chain in case you want to get linked again in the future or bring it back we will make them into a regular bracelet :)
Please note, permanent does not equal invincible. while it is designed for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry. It breaks if you don't take good care of it.
Can I change my mind after getting welded?
Similar to getting a tattoo. All sales are final.
Can permanent jewelry go through the airport?
TSA does not ask you to remove jewelry, so you'll be able to take your permanent jewelry anywhere with you! It will not set off any metal detectors.
What if I have to cut the link or it pops off?
Save your chain, it will be $30 per reattachment. If the chain is not in its original condition (stretched out beyond repair or contains breaks), a new chain must be purchased.

48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. No refund cancellation after 48 hours.

1. I have acknowledged that fine permanent jewelry chain will stretch or break if not cared for.
2. Once the chain is cut it cannot be returned similar to tattoo.
3. if we find that the customer stretched the permanent jewelry themselves, we will not be able to offer a free repair within 30 days. In this case, the customer would be responsible for the full cost of the repair, which is $30.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Purchases?
To keep our prices as accessible as possible, we do not currently offer free returns. This means you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping your return. For international returns, please mark your package "Returned Goods" to avoid import duties.
